This workshop is a guided space to pause and take an honest look at where you are in your life right now—without pressure or judgment.
You will be gently led through a process of self-reflection to bring awareness to what is working, what feels forced, and where your energy is currently being drained. Through a guided energy audit, you will begin to recognise the patterns, expectations, and areas of overgiving that may be keeping you stuck or out of alignment.
From this place of clarity, the focus shifts into conscious choice. You will explore the identity you have been operating from, what you are no longer available for, and the version of yourself you are ready to step into.
This is not about setting overwhelming goals, but about making grounded, intentional decisions that create real shifts in your everyday life.
Amanda will guide you through this process using reflective exercises, gentle coaching, and energy awareness practices—supporting you to reconnect with yourself, realign your energy, and move forward with clarity and intention.
Arya Tara Workshop
Embodiment & Nervous System Reset (Water Session)
This session invites you to move out of the mind and into the body, creating space for deep relaxation, release, and reconnection.
Through gentle guidance, you will be introduced to practices that support awareness of the pelvic space and the connection to your feminine body. You will explore simple yet powerful techniques to engage and relax the pelvic floor, enhancing both physical wellbeing and energetic awareness.
The session also incorporates vagus nerve stimulation practices, supporting your body to shift into a parasympathetic state—where true rest, healing, and restoration can occur.
As the experience moves into the water, you will be supported to soften control, trust your body, and allow yourself to be held. This creates an opportunity to release stored tension and reconnect with your natural rhythm, flow, and inner intelligence.
Held in a safe and nurturing environment, this session offers a deeply embodied experience—supporting you to feel more connected, open, and at ease within yourself.

At this retreat, Amanda will guide you through a powerful mid-year reset experience—helping you reconnect with where you are, clear what’s no longer aligned, and consciously step into the woman you are becoming. She will also hold space in the closing circle through reflection, visualisation, and integration.
Arya Tara is a transformative facilitator dedicated to the art of female embodiment and empowerment. With a foundation in physiotherapy and massage therapy, she bridges the gap between clinical physical wisdom and the sacred depths of traditional Tantra. For years, Arya has guided women and mixed groups through life-changing retreats, holding space for profound revaluation of the self.
